It is with mixed emotions that we announce the closing of I Care Vision at Limestone, located at 364 Opie Arnold Rd, effective 01/01/2025.
To better serve our patients, we’ve made the difficult decision to combine our offices so that we can provide the best possible care in a centralized location. We will be merging the Limestone office with our Johnson City office located at 2829 E Oakland Ave, Ste 1 on January 1st
If you have a scheduled appointment with Dr. Sarah Buchanan in the coming months, you will be receiving a phone call from our Johnson City office to reschedule.
All products, such as glasses and contacts, not picked up by 12/31/2024 in Limestone can be picked up in Johnson City starting 01/02/2025.
Your medical records are confidential and securely stored. Upon request, an encrypted copy can be emailed to you or released to another provider. A signed authorization form can be completed at our Johnson City office so that we may transfer your records to your new physician. Until then, your records will remain on file at our Johnson City location.
